A variety of deer are regular visitors venturing very close to the property along with many other varieties of wild life making an excellent area for the outdoor enthusiast. There are many walks directly from the property into the adjoining woodlands and hillside which also gives access to two hill lochs with a variety of wild and stocked fishing.
The property is two miles from the local village of Muir Of Ord which contains local services including shops and places to eat and drink. The market town of Dingwall is eight miles away and the city of Inverness is twelve miles away.
Easy access is available to the north and the west ensuring numerous places to visit within easy reach.
